Dragonfly Spiritual Black Belt

Master Andrew Johnston has developed a new program called the Dragonfly Spiritual Black Belt. It is written from a martial art perspective. It provides an opportunity for young people to face any life challenge as a martial art warrior.

Everyone has some sort of challenge they must face in their life. Some challenges are easy to conquer while others are not so easy and may not be able to be won. This program supports and inspires the strengthening of self-belief, self-esteem, and courage to accept what can and cannot be changed about a life challenge. Each exercise offers the young person, as a martial art warrior, the opportunity to develop a higher level of respect for themselves and others, improve their mental discipline, and understand and accept their own strengths and limitations. Discover what it is to become a martial art warrior and earn a Dragonfly Spiritual Black Belt.
